Exhibition

In order to promote foundry technology and accelerate the application of new technology, equipment, process and material, FICMES has organized several influential exhibitions and played a big role in technology advancement and overall improvement of the industry. 


China Foundry Industry Exhibition

The first exhibition, originally named as Beijing International Foundry Exhibition, was held by FCIMES in October 1986 during Beijing International Foundry Congress. 119 exhibitors (62 foreign exhibitors) from 15 countries and areas gathered.

In 1995 and 2010, China International Foundry Exhibition was held by FICMES concurrently with World Foundry Congress. In order to create more marketing and display opportunities for some exhibitors, the exhibition has been held every year concurrently with China Foundry Congress since then.

CHINA DIECASTING & CHINA NONFERROUS

The first CHINA DIECASTING was held by FICMES in April 1997 in Beijing. The exhibition has kept expanding its size, level and influence after its movement to Shanghai since 2000. With high specialization and internationalization, CHINA DIECASTING has led and witnessed the development and progress of die casting industry. It has been recognized and supported by the industry and become the industry's trend indicator.

Increasing demand on lightweight leads to rapid development of new non-ferrous alloy material such as aluminum, magnesium, titanium, etc. CHINA NONFERROUS, held concurrently with CHINA DIECASTING since 2016, has won extensive attention from the industry as a high-end comprehensive industry service platform integrating industry news, business matching, new products display and technology exchange.


CHINA DIECASTING & CHINA NONFERROUS 2019 was successfully held in July, 2019 at SNIEC, Shanghai. The exhibition covered 36,000 sqm, attracted 451 exhibitors (22% foreign exhibitors) from 18 countries and areas, and gathered 18,671 trade visitors.

Asia-Pacific Metal Industry Exhibition

Asia-Pacific Metal Industry Exhibition (METAL AP) is the overseas foundry industry service platform initiated by China. It is committed to providing integrated services of exhibitions, trade cooperation and technical exchanged for enterprises in die casting, foundry, furnaces, metallurgy and other related industries in Southeast Asia and even the whole Pan-Pacific.

METAL AP has been recognized and supported by industry organization including Thai Foundry Association, Taiwan Foundry Society, Vietnam Foundry Association, Keikinzoku Tsushin Al Co., Ltd. NürnbergMesse GmbH, Japan Foundry Engineering Society, Korea Foundry Society, Ningbo Die & Mould Industry Association.
