Mechanical Engineering Innovation Competition China: Casting Process Design Competition ( CPDC in short ) hosted by Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and organized by Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society has been held for 14 times. After 14 sessions, the level and influence of CPDC have been continuously improved since the first held in 2009. At present, more than 21,000 students from more than 120 colleges and universities have participated in CPDC which has been selected in the “National College Student Competition Analysis Report” for three consecutive years.

In order to further opening up the competition, create the main position for the cultivation and college students in the foundry industry,  enhance the exchanges between teachers and students and local enterprises, promote in-depth cooperation between Government-Industry-University-Research, and help local industrial development and talent training and introduction, after the study and decision of the executive committee of the competition, governments and relevant units in the industry will be sincerely invite to actively participate in the hosting and support activities of CPDC.
